Outdoor
Development Programmes
SGA’s
outdoor development management courses involve participants learning
in a real environment – the great outdoors. Their aim is to stretch
participants.Taking people out of their normal working environment /
'comfort zone' encourages participants to think about business processes
in a different way. People of all physical abilities have taken part
in these programmes and have been able to contribute fully. Courses
are staged across the UK and can last between 1-5 days.
Everyone
begins at the same starting point due to the unusual learning environment
and participants are immediately aware of the effects of their decisions.
Participants must manage the outcomes so that effective managerial and
team development principles are put into practice.
In
addition to stimulating participants, SGA’s outdoor development
management courses are designed to develop new ways of approaching work
problems and new managerial techniques.
Bespoke
courses are created for each business to meet their individual objectives.
