This off the shelf course offers an affordable solution to businesses that require staff development, whilst benefiting from the expertise of our highly skilled customer service trainers. This introduction to supervisory skills course is designed to help delegates understand the skills and responsibilities that go with first line management.


At the end of the course, delegates will:
  Understand the role and responsibilities of the supervisor;
  Appreciate the importance of building and developing the team;
  Understand how to develop effective methods of communication within their teams;
  Develop the key people management skills to ensure success in their role as supervisor;
  Develop a personal action plan.



Supervisors, team and/or section leaders who are relatively new to their role or who have had little or no previous training in the basics of people management.


Two days, at times to suit your requirements.


This highly participative classroom based course utilises a variety of different learning methods (e.g. group discussion, short lectures and informal exercises/activities) to develop supervisory skills skills.
Delegates will receive a gapped workbook as a summary of the training course which they can use for future reference.
